§ 113. Restricted peddling area.

No person shall sell or attempt to sell any goods, wares and merchandise of any kind, character or description from any stand, vehicle or otherwise on any street, alley or sidewalk within that part of the City of Tulsa bounded on the north by the north line of First Street, on the south by the north line of Seventh Street, on the east by the east line of Detroit and on the west by the west line of Cheyenne.

The payment or collection of any license fee charged or collected by the City of Tulsa shall not constitute a defense for the violation of any of the provisions of this section.

The Central Tulsa Pedestrian Mall as defined in the Revised Ordinances of the City of Tulsa, shall be excluded from the operation of this section, provided that all permits required by ordinance shall be obtained.
