§ 115. Suspension and revocation of license for failure to remit sales tax.

Any license issued by the City of Tulsa to any person, firm or corporation engaging in any of the callings, trades, avocations, businesses, professions or occupations for which a license is required may be suspended or revoked for failure to collect and remit sales tax if and as required by the sales tax codes of the state of Oklahoma or the City of Tulsa.
