§ 2002. Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be, upon conviction, subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), plus costs. Every sale of an outdoor seller without a license or otherwise in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
