§ 2008. License for outdoor sellers; fixed outdoor location of business to be specified.

The Director shall specify on the face of the license the legal description and address of the fixed outdoor location desired for business by any outdoor seller. The Director shall specify on the face of the license the expiration date. No license may be issued for any length of time longer than one hundred fifty (150) days from the date of the application. The outdoor seller shall engage in business only at the fixed outdoor location specified on the face of the license.
