§ 2011. Revocation.

  • Licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked. Grounds for revocation shall include but not be limited to the following:

    A.

    Fraud, misrepresentation or any false statement contained in the application for the license;

    B.

    Conviction of the licensee of a felony;

    C.

    Conviction of a misdemeanor involving fraud or dishonesty, including but not limited to fraud, larceny, burglary, robbery or embezzlement;

    D.

    A conviction of the licensee for two (2) or more violations of the provisions of this chapter within the preceding twelve (12) months;

    E.

    A finding that the licensee has conducted the business for which the license was issued in an unlawful manner or in such manner as to constitute a breach of the peace.
