§ 2101. Permit required.

Every person who locates, constructs, maintains or operates any special residential housing facility within the City of Tulsa shall first procure a permit for such location, erection or construction from the Director of Finance of the City of Tulsa and procure a permit for the operation and maintenance thereof from the Director. The permit shall not be transferable to any other person or location. Each permit shall bear the signature of the Director of Finance and shall be valid for a five (5) year period immediately following issuance of the permit.
