§ 700. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning given herein.

A.

Nonintoxicating Beverages means beverages containing more than one-half of one percent (½ of 1%) alcohol measured by volume, and not more than three and two-tenths percent (3.2%) alcohol measured by weight.

B.

Retail Dealers means any person who sells nonintoxicating beverages as defined herein at retail for consumption or use, and such definition includes, but is not limited to, state and county fair associations, concessionaires, rodeos, picnics, organized temporary assemblies of people and all other dispensers of such beverages at retail.
