§ 702. License fees.

Latest version.

There is levied on each retail dealer dealing in nonintoxicating beverages within the City of Tulsa who sells the same for consumption on the premises a license fee of Seven Dollars and 50 cents ($7.50), and for each such retail dealer dealing in nonintoxicating beverages within the City of Tulsa who sells the same for consumption off the premises, a license fee of Five Dollars ($5.00). The fee shall be payable to the Director at the time the license is issued.
