§ 706. Hours of sale.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any retail dealer to sell, within the corporate limits of the City of Tulsa, any beverages containing more than one-half of one percent (½ of 1%) of alcohol by volume and not more than three and two-tenths percent (3.2%) of alcohol by weight, for consumption on the premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any day; and such beverages may not be sold between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Sundays.
