§ 200. General.

The procedure provided in this chapter for abatement of nuisances shall apply to all nuisances arising under the laws of the City of Tulsa, except in those instances where the specific procedure for the abatement of the nuisance is otherwise provided. Nothing herein shall prevent the City from exercising other legal remedies to abate nuisances including, but not limited to, the procedures provided by state and federal law.
