§ 204. Emergencies.

If such nuisance exists in a condition which will cause imminent peril to life or property, or in such a condition so menacing to the public health, peace or safety, the enforcement official may proceed to abate the nuisance immediately without prior notice; provided, however, that notice and an opportunity to be heard shall be afforded the property owner as soon as possible after abatement.
