§ 300. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings given herein.

A.

Person shall mean any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.

B.

Vehicle shall mean any motor vehicle, automobile, truck, trailer, motorcycle, tractor, buggy, wagon or self-propelled farm or construction equipment.

C.

Public Property shall mean any property owned or controlled in the City limits by the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, the state of Oklahoma or United States government, and shall include all streets and highways.

D.

Private Property shall mean any real property in the City of Tulsa which is not public property.

E.

Dismantled, Junked, Abandoned or Inoperable Vehicles shall be deemed to include the major parts thereof, including bodies, engine, transmissions, frames and rear ends.
