§ 307. Penalty.

Any person required by the provisions of this chapter to remove a dismantled, junked or abandoned vehicle who shall fail to do so in compliance with notice as provided herein, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), excluding costs, or by imprisonment in the City jail for a period of not more than ninety (90) days, or both. Each and every violation and each day of such violation shall be a separate offense.
