§ 1204. Sidewalk photographers.

It shall be an offense for any person to take pictures of persons upon the streets or sidewalks and offer for sale or peddle the picture to the person whose picture is taken; or to hand to the person a token, paper or other object to be exchanged at another place for the picture.
