§ 1308. Material depicting certain subject matter prohibited.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to post, hand out, distribute or transmit any sign or handbill which is:

A.

Reasonably likely to create a clear and present danger of unlawful physical harm to any person or which tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace; or

B.

Obscene or otherwise unlawful.
