§ 1310. Penalty.

Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), excluding costs, fees and assessments. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
