§ 2609. Penalty.

Unless otherwise provided herein, any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), excluding costs, and/or by imprisonment in the City jail for a period of up to ninety (90) days.
