§ 2803. Offenses.

A.

A juvenile commits an offense if he/she remains in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the corporate city limits of the City of Tulsa during curfew hours.

B.

A parent and/or other responsible adult of a juvenile commits an offense if he/she knowingly permits or allows the juvenile to remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the corporate city limits of the City during curfew hours.

C.

The owner, operator or any employee of an establishment commits an offense if he knowingly permits or allows a juvenile to remain upon the premises of the establishment during curfew hours.
