§ 3001. Prohibited practices.

A Secondhand Dealer shall not:

A.

Purchase property from a person under the age of eighteen (18) years; or

B.

Buy used items or merchandise from a person unable to supply verification of his identity by photo identification by a state-issued or federal government-issue identification card, or a valid state driver's license or federal government-issued identification card.
