§ 3005. Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter, either by doing anything which is prohibited or by failure or refusal to do anything which is commanded or required, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), excluding costs, and/or by imprisonment in the City jail for a period of not more than ninety (90) days. Each day of such violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
