§ 3101. Intent and purpose.

The City of Tulsa is committed to protecting its residents and the general public from the scourge of scrap metal theft and to providing law enforcement with the tools to enforce municipal and state laws to combat scrap metal theft in the City. This chapter shall regulate "Scrap Metal Dealers".
