§ 1003. Administrator - appointment - duties.

The Board of Trustees shall appoint an Administrator for the Plan who shall be the Personnel Director of the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, or the Director's designee. The Board of Trustees shall set forth the duties of the Administrator in the By-Laws, Policies, Procedures, Rules and Regulations Manual.
