No benefits which shall be payable under the Plan shall be subject in any manner to
anticipation, alienation, sale, transfer, assignment, pledge, garnishment, encumbrance
or charge. With respect to benefits otherwise payable to a Participant, this section
shall not apply to benefits payable to an Alternate Payee pursuant to a Qualified
Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) as defined by the rules and procedures adopted by
the Board of Trustees.
