§ 202. Reinstatement of participation.

An Employee who ceases to be a contributing Participant according to Section 201 hereof and who subsequently returns to employment as an Employee not excluded from participation under Subsection 200.B hereof shall resume Basic Employee Contributions as of the first day of the month following such return as an Employee.
