§ 707. Small payment.

In the event any benefit provided under the Plan is payable in an amount less than Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) monthly, a lump-sum settlement of Actuarial Equivalent shall be paid in full discharge of all liability in respect of such benefit. Distributions shall be made in accordance with Internal Revenue Code Section 401(a)(9), including Section 1.401(a)(9)-2 of the Federal Income Tax Regulations.
