§ 1000. Contracts authorized.

The City of Tulsa is authorized and empowered to enter into contracts with any municipality or county or with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for the purposes of furnishing police personnel and equipment in accordance with the statutes of the state of Oklahoma.
