§ 1001. Fees.

Any contract entered into by the City of Tulsa with another municipality shall provide for the payment by the municipality of a fee to the City of Tulsa as follows:

A.

For the attendance of two (2) police officers and a supervisor, a fee computed at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per hour or any part thereof; and

B.

For each additional unit required, a fee computed at the rate of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per hour or any part thereof.

The total amount earned by the attendance of police units pursuant to this chapter shall be paid to the Finance Department, which sum shall be credited to the general fund of the City of Tulsa.
