§ 100. Police Department.

Latest version.

A Police Department of the City of Tulsa ("the Department") shall be composed of a Chief of Police and such employees necessary to perform the duties and functions of the Department, subject to the provisions of the Charter and the Revised Ordinances of the City of Tulsa.
