§ 207. Disposition of property.

The disposition of all property in the Department property room shall be governed by applicable state and federal laws. The Chief of Police is authorized to withhold any unclaimed or abandoned property from public sale and obtain court approval for the transfer of its ownership to the City of Tulsa when such property is adaptable for use by any City department.
