§ 501. Jurisdiction of Municipal Court.

Such citations shall be in the form and substance to be acceptable to invoke the full and appropriate jurisdiction of the Municipal Court and shall contain sufficient information to advise the person so charged of the offense, the title and section which is alleged to have been violated and to inform such person how the alleged violation may be contested.
