§ 603. Disbursement by check.

Disbursements from the Imprest Account shall be made by checks bearing the signature of any two (2) of the following: The Chief of Police, the two (2) Deputy Chiefs of Police, or the Commanding Officer of the Special Investigation Division of the Police Department.
