§ 504. Dead animals collected for disposal from commercial animal establishments of any type.

Notwithstanding Section 503, any dead animal collected for disposal from commercial animal establishments of any type shall be disposed of in the manner prescribed in this title and upon payment of the following fees:

A.

Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per domestic farm animals such as horses, cows, hogs, sheep, goats or animals of like or larger size.

B.

Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per dog or cat.

C.

No charge for birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, or rodents or any other animal less than one (1) pound in weight.
