§ 112. Vehicle permit required.

A.

It shall be unlawful to operate a taxicab, paratransit vehicle or utility vehicle for hire unless a current and valid City vehicle permit issued for that vehicle is affixed to the windshield of the vehicle.

B.

A vehicle permit shall be issued only for a taxicab, paratransit vehicle or utility vehicle for hire being operated under a current and valid certificate.

C.

A vehicle permit shall be valid only so long as the taxicab, paratransit vehicle or utility vehicle for hire is being operated under a current and valid certificate.
