§ 115. Removal of vehicle from service.

When a vehicle is removed from service by its holder or pursuant to an order by the Director, the vehicle permit sticker and company markings shall be removed by the Director or the vehicle owner. The vehicle permit shall then be surrendered to the Director. The Director shall inspect the vehicle and determine that all indications of its service as a taxicab, paratransit vehicle or utility vehicle for hire have been removed.
