On or before April 30 of each year, if he continues to meet the requirements of Section
118, a chauffeur may renew his license upon the submission of an updated application,
the payment of the annual license fee and the submission of a new physician's report;
provided, however, that a new physician's report shall not be required if the report
on file with the Director is less than two (2) years old. Provided that all licenses
expiring on June 30, 2005, will be renewed at eighty-three and three tenths percent
(83.3%) of annual renewal rates.
