§ 139. Off-duty status.

A.

When a chauffeur is off-duty, he shall display signs provided by the Director in an upright position in both the right front and back windows of his taxicab or paratransit vehicle so as to be easily seen and read from outside the vehicle.

B.

An off-duty chauffeur shall not park his vehicle at a taxicab or paratransit stand or on a public street within fifty (50) feet of a taxicab or paratransit stand, unless it is parked at a metered parking space.
