§ 141. Renewal time limit, penalties.

All licenses, permits and certificates may be renewed according to the provisions of this chapter within two (2) months prior to their expiration date. A holder's certificate, a chauffeur's license or a vehicle permit which has not been renewed on or before its expiration date shall be subject to the following penalties:

Chauffeur's License ..... $15.00

Vehicle Permit ..... $20.00

Certificate ..... $100.00

provided, however, that such licenses, permits and certificates which have not been renewed within ninety (90) days following their expiration date shall not be renewed.
