§ 102. Medical Control Board.

The Medical Control Board is hereby designated as the elected representatives constituting the Board of Directors of the EPF. Its members shall be appointed by the Emergency Physicians Foundation as provided for in the EMS Interlocal Cooperation Agreement. The Medical Control Board shall be the policy-making, rule-making and fact-finding body of the EPF, and shall review and establish all aspects of the system standard of care, and shall have those powers and duties granted and ascribed to it in the EMS Interlocal Cooperation Agreement.
