§ 116. Penalties.

A.

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this code shall be punished by fine and costs not to exceed the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00), and/or imprisonment in the City jail for a period of not more than six (6) months.

B.

Each day that any violation of the provisions of this code is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
