§ 1012. Parking zones.

The Director of Public Works may designate certain zones upon the streets for parking of only bicycles, rickshaws, or motorized scooters; and whenever such zones are designated and sufficient designated spaces are available, bicycles, rickshaws, or motorized scooters shall be parked in those blocks only in the designated zones.
