§ 1014. Applicability to emergency services personnel.

The provisions of this chapter shall not be applicable to emergency services personnel employed by the State of Oklahoma, City of Tulsa, a political subdivision of the State of Oklahoma, or a trust for public purposes while they are engaged in the performance of their official duties.
