§ 1212. Regulations validated.

All the traffic regulations heretofore adopted or put into effect by the Chief of Police and/or the Director of Public Works and in existence upon the date of the adoption of this amendment are hereby declared and made legal, valid and binding, notwithstanding any failure or omission to comply fully and completely with the laws of procedure in force at the time of the making of such traffic regulations, and such traffic regulations are hereby continued in full force and effect until repealed, modified or changed by the Council or in the manner prescribed in Section 201 herein.
