§ 1412. Other permits and licenses.

A.

The issuance of a special event permit does not relieve any person from the obligation to obtain any other permit or license required pursuant to any provisions of federal law, the statutes and regulations of the state of Oklahoma or the ordinances of the City of Tulsa.

B.

The issuance of any other permit or license issued pursuant to the statutes and regulations of the state of Oklahoma or the ordinances of the City of Tulsa does not relieve any person from the obligation to obtain a special event permit pursuant to this chapter.
