§ 1414. Penalty.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) and/or by imprisonment in the City jail for not more than six (6) months, excluding costs, fees and assessments. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
