§ 202. Traffic accident reports.

The Police Department shall maintain a suitable system of filing traffic accident reports. Accident reports or cards referring to them shall be filed systematically. Such reports shall be available for the use and information of the City Traffic Engineer or the City Attorney.
B.
Such records shall accumulate until a five-year (5) period is covered and thereafter such records shall be maintained complete for the most recent five-year (5) period.
