§ 302. Offenses by persons owning or controlling vehicles.

A.

It is unlawful for the owner or any other person employing or otherwise directing the driver of any vehicle to require or knowingly to permit the operation of such vehicle upon a street in any manner contrary to law.

B.

The provisions of Chapters 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12, applicable to drivers of vehicles in the City of Tulsa shall apply to the drivers of all vehicles owned or operated by the United States, the state of Oklahoma or any political subdivision of the state of Oklahoma, subject to such specific exceptions as are set forth in this title.
