Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, every person violating any provision
of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished
by a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), excluding costs, fees and
assessments; provided, however, that any person found guilty of violating Section
500 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00)
nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), excluding costs, fees and assessments.
