§ 631. Turning from two-way street to one-way street.

    Right turn. Both the approach for a right turn and the right turn shall be made as close as practicable to the right-hand curb of the roadway except where official traffic-control devices permit more than one (1) lane of traffic to execute a right turn. The driver in the lane nearest the right-hand curb shall complete his turn in the right half of the street entered and the driver in the other lane shall complete his turn in the left half of the street entered unless pavement markings indicate otherwise.

    B.

    Left turn. A left turn from a two-way street onto a one-way street shall start in the lane to the immediate right of the center of the two-way street and shall be completed to the left center of the one-way entered, except where official traffic-control devices permit more than one (1) lane to turn left. The driver in the lane nearest the center line shall complete his turn in the left half of the street entered and the driver in the other lane shall complete his turn in the right half of the street entered unless pavement markings indicate otherwise.
