§ 655. Penalty.

Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), excluding costs, fees and assessments.
