§ 701. Lighted lamps - when required.

Any vehicle using any street or roadway must display lighted lamps and illuminating devices, as hereinafter required, at any time between one-half (½) hour after sunset until one-half (½) hour before sunrise. Such lamps are also required at any other time when a person or vehicle on the street or roadway is, due to insufficient light or other unfavorable atmospheric conditions, not clearly discernable from a distance of five hundred (500) feet ahead.
